Ensure Transmed products are shelved with the right visibility (shelf share) and planogram across assigned stores in line with the brand’s shelf share, planogram and placement guidelines.
Successfully implements and executes the Monthly Initiatives across assigned stores on Time as per the plans deployed by the Head Office Sales team.
Customer Coverage and Penetration
Ensuring 100% coverage of stores as per assigned journey plan.
Ensuring the SFA tool (My Store) is used as per the defined guidelines along with 100% accuracy.
Secure that receivables are collected across assigned stores within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company's cash flow levels.
Build & maintain strong customer relation to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business results.
Guide and ensure the appearance, discipline, attendance and professionalism of the assigned In-store Merchandising team, thereby ensuring prompt Customer Coverage and Service.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Reporting
Communicate internally to the Head Office Sales team any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on our business in order to take required action
