Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence , enhancing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets by driving food service sales across premium hotels, pubs, airlines and restaurants.

Responsibilities

  1. Key Accountabilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

* Lead the sales efforts for Halabi within the hospitality sector, including high-end hotels, pubs, and restaurants, by developing and executing targeted sales strategies.

*Establish and exceed sales targets for growth, focusing on expanding Halabi’s market share and brand visibility.

*Identify new opportunities within the market, pitching innovative solutions and products to clients.

Relationship Management and Client Engagement

*Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with F&B managers and senior decision-makers across target clients.

*Act as the brand ambassador, hosting product presentations, tastings, and educational sessions to showcase Halabi's premium offerings.

*Ensure ongoing client satisfaction through exceptional service, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

Market Insight and Analysis

*Stay informed of trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs within the food service industry to refine sales strategies.

*Gather and analyze market insights to provide recommendations on product development, packaging improvements, and service enhancements.

Customer Service Excellence

*Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure prompt, accurate order fulfillment.

*Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, managing and resolving issues to build loyalty and trust.

*Solicit client feedback to continuously improve Halabi's service and product quality.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

*Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.

*Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for review by the Sales Manager.

*Identify potential growth areas and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior sales role within the food service industry, with a proven track record in selling to hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
