Category Manager

We are seeking a Category Manager.

• Managing supplier relationships to maximize brand support and business growth
• Developing and executing Sales Business Plans and marketing activities with suppliers
• Setting and aligning joint business plans and optimizing the use of initiative funds to maximize brand sales and profits
• Managing sales forecasts to maintain optimum stock levels
• Coordinating with local agencies on brand marketing and POS materials to ensure top quality execution of brand image
• Developing brand plans that align with customer objectives
• Analyzing sales data and market share trends to develop targeted marketing activities
• Analyzing category dynamics of the brands and gathering shopper insights to tailor marketing strategies and activities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Advertising, Brand Management or in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry and business processes
• Experience in Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, result-oriented, responsible, high business follow-up
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Completed military service for male candidates
