To process and follow up on customer-sales orders targeting on time and complete order delivery while ensuring minimal returns upon delivery.
Customer Sales Order
-Enters sales orders accurately on the system and checks prices for modern trade customers versus PO to avoid reconciliation issues.
-Follows-up with logistics team to ensure orders are delivered to customers on time.
-Follows-up with IT and F&A on issues preventing the timely release of orders in order to minimize the delay of delivery to customers.
-Coordinates with Market Planning team to ensure timely clean up of discontinued items from the system.
Transaction Processing
-Processes transactions related to CN’s, DN’s, GRV’s and distribute them to the sales team in order to deliver them to customers.
Reports & Analysis
-Analyzes and develops action plans in order to fix issues causing returns upon delivery.
-Shares on a monthly basis discontinued items, wrong prices, and wrong barcodes with the sales team for correction.
KPIs
-Updates monthly the KPIs and takes necessary actions in order to reach the target.
Transmed Purpose
-Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis.
