The Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead delivers and support the Transmed business Supply Chain and Finance technology product portfolio. He/She will work at the intersection of business and technology with a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with hands-on contribution to technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization and ongoing product management.
The Supply Chain & Finance IT Lead participates in setting the strategic direction for Supply Chain and Finance technology applications as well as in executing the relevant IT deliverables and digital capabilities in close collaboration with internal business and technical stakeholders as well as external technology partners, customers and suppliers.
Perform other relevant duties as required by the Transmed business needs and priorities
Academic Education & Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related domain. Master in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 4+ years of progressive business technology experience in the domain of IT Supply Chain and Finance.
- Certification and / or proficiency in project management.
- Certification and / or proficiency in IT development methodologies.
- Certification, working knowledge, and / or familiarity with cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
Operational & Managerial Experience
· Strong project management knowledge of methodologies and practical application, proven track records of delivery in complex, fast changing environment.
· Strong communication and presentation skills collaborating with business leaders at various level spread regionally across various countries and business models.
· Demonstrated ability to think and execute operationally, innovatively, and strategically.
· Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills to plan, develop and execute business projects and activities.
· Experience with IT Supply Chain and Finance applications, systems, and processes and ability to describe findings to a technical and non-technical leaders and users community.
· Ability to suggest areas of cost optimization and reduction.
· Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and users community, IT vendors and suppliers ensuring performance and ethical practices aligns with Transmed requirements and values.
· Strong experience in coordinating enhancements, roll outs, fixes, releases, and upgrades.
· Strong facilitation skills to capture, analyze, manage, and deliver business requests and demands related to Supply Chain and Finance.
· Strong reporting and documentation skills.
· Results oriented, team player and co-operation.
· Full adherence to change management processes, and policies. Ability to communicate and promote the value of applicable policies, standards, and procedures.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
· Strong ability to work with diverse Supply Chain and Finance systems and processes to include Enterprise Resources Planning (such as JDE, Oracle Fusion, Odoo, others), Warehouse Management Systems (such as Infor, Manhattan, Körber, others) Transportation Management Systems, and other digital and automation capabilities.
· Experience in delivering Supply Chain and Finance IT enterprise applications, services and solutions in a complex, matrix, and integrated business IT environment.
· Intellectual curiosity and ability to collaboratively approach challenges, opportunities, and techniques with an inquisitive mind focusing on solutions and business value.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and experience in FMCG industry with technical capabilities is preferred.
