To maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply.
Responsibilities
Stock Count
Performs counts and ensures all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
Maintains adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Investigates and corrects discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.
Stock Rotation
Checks and records production and expiry dates to ensure FIFO stock rotation is fully implemented.
Monitors and reports expiry and near expiry date reports to concerned people.
Inbound
Ensures all incoming shipment received via WMS and to have one batch per pallet
Creates codes on the system for new items in order to be enlisted.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
TM Purpose
Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Education: Technical Degree | Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Language: Good Command of Arabic Language – Average English Proficiency.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office mostly Excel – Familiarity with WMS is a plus.
Technical Skills: Previous experience in logistics, accounting or supply chain roles – Experience in analyzing inventory data, stock count and generating reports is a plus.
Interpersonal Competencies: Flexibility in Shifts – Physical Endurance – Strong Attention to Details – Reporting Skills – Communication Skills – Time Management Skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Seniority: A minimum of 1 year within Current Role.
Disciplinary Records: Clear Disciplinary Records.
Performance Appraisal Results: Most recent performance appraisal must meet or exceed expectations.
