Inventory Supervisor

To supervise and monitor the inventory process to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply

Team Management
-Organizes and staffs the team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
-Provides the team with adequate training, coaching and mentoring in order to develop their conceptual selling skills, ensure development and proper career paths
Cycle Count
-Manages cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
-Maintains adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
-Checks and records production and expiry dates to ensure FEFO stock rotation is fully implemented
Inbound
-Ensures all incoming shipment received via WMS and to have one batch per pallet
Picking
-Ensures all picking deadline and priority cut-off times are to ensure timely checking and delivery.
-Ensures all waves are printed, distributed and picked to meet deadlines while maintaining FIFO concept.
Reports
-Prepares L&R accuracy and KPI report on weekly basis.
TM Purpose
-Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

Academic Education & Professional Certifications 
-High School diploma
-Technical Degree is a plus

Operational & Managerial Experience

-2-3 years of experience in logistics
