Warehouse Supervisor

To monitor the overall operation of Inbound, Inventory, Co-packing & Outbound for 3PL. Monitor and Supervise the controllers in order to meet the expectations of 3PL customers.

               Team Management

• Organizes and staffs the services team with adequate resources and talent in order to achieve the desired levels of Organizational Excellence.
• Provides the services team with adequate coaching, mentoring and training in order to achieve the desired business results and sustain Organizational Excellence and competitive advantage.
• Ensure the team is performing the duties on the desired manner and SLAs are achieved.

Inbound Process

• Ensures the containers are planned and documentation is completed without delay and additional expenses.
• Ensure the documentation is accurate in terms of regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the timely receipt of containers with 100% stock accuracy, any deviations are highlighted on time.
• Ensures trackers and reports are updated on time.
• Ensure the costs are within budget.
• Inspects the quantity/quality of all incoming shipments to ensure they are in compliance with required standards and in good condition

              Inventory

• Ensure Daily counting is completed, and discrepancies are fixed.
• Ensure daily reconciliation is completed and matches with 3PL system.
• Ensure the right hold codes are used and accounted.
• Ensure hold stocks are moved to designated area on time.
• Ensure 99.99% accuracy in mid-year and year end counting.

              Co-packing

• Ensure daily CoPacking priorities are completed on time.
• Ensure zero quality issues for co-pack products.
• Ensure co-pack trackers and reports are updated on time with 100% accuracy.
• Material Management
• Co-pack Team Management
• Ensure the expenses are within budget.
• Zero safety issues

              Reports

• Ensures reports are shared in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure the KPIs are met, and deviations are highlighted.
• Creating P&L analysis and Business cases.

Process Improvement & Lean

• Identify wastes in process and work for improvements
• Lead and Empower team on Lean tools

TM Purpose

• Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

• Bachelor Degree
• Supply Chain Certifications
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics
• Experience on 3PL is a plus
