Academic Education & Professional Certifications
- BA in Graphic Design or similar field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution
- Digital Graphic Design Certificates is a plus
Operational & Managerial Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or agency environments handling similar brands
- Exposure to brand-building projects, packaging development, and social media content creation
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, commercially driven environments
- Capable of sketching and conceptualizing ideas from scratch (hand-drawn or digital)
- Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) and ability to integrate them into the creative process
Technical & Soft Skills
- Good computer skills: PowerPoint
- Excellent Design Skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Highly motivated with strong artistic and creative skills
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details
