To update stock movement data on the WH system in a timely and accurate manner.
Data Entry
- Updates the daily stock transactions on the ERP system on the same day in order to reflect accurate inventory.
- Executes and double checks/Approves all system transactions.
Administrative Work
- Checks the received quantities and item codes against JDE references and passes all related transactions
- Prepares all insurance forms related to work accidents.
- Records all in / out movements for TPL in order to maintain accurate database.
- Assists in printing invoices during the night shift.
Transmed Purpose
