To lead and execute the talent acquisition process by ensuring timely sourcing, assessment, and selection of high potential candidates who meet Transmed’s business needs. The role ensures that recruitment activities are delivered with excellence, aligned with manpower planning, and reflective of Transmed’s Purpose and leadership standards. The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a strategic role in strengthening Transmed’s employer brand, building strong internal and external talent pipelines, and supporting a seamless recruitment lifecycle across all functions.
