Role Purpose:
To maintain a smooth flow of documentation, inbound & outbound between suppliers and clearing agents in order to ensure that the customs clearance process and import operations are handled in an accurate, timely and cost- effective manner.
To set & deploy the Trade Marketing Business Plan of an assigned brand/category and manage the execution of all necessary national & tailored activities to increase company Sales and maximize profitability through efficient spending within these categories/brands.
To carry out the day to day accounting activities in the area of general accounting and basic bookkeeping functions under JD Edwards ERP system to have accurate entries in the books of Accounts.
To process non goods supplier payable Account vouchers in the area of general accounting under JD Edwards ERP system to have accurate entries in the books of Accounts.
To manage “pending receivables” and follow up on collections in order to minimize bad debt risk and ensure timely collections.
To perform accurate and quality product moving with 100% accuracy and perfect quality
