The IT Services and Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of business IT services and systems and providing IT value add, technical advice and support to Transmed internal employees while supporting the services provided to customers and suppliers. Transmed is looking for candidate with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience and a strong background in IT services and support. This role involves delivering quality IT services, resolving technical issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver and continuously improve the IT business operations and environment. This position occasionally requires after-hours work or working on days off to address critical IT services and issues and or to support important projects. Transmed is looking for candidate who is flexible and willing to accommodate such needs when they arise. The IT Release and Change Manager, Lead ensures Transmed business and IT stakeholders follow standardized methods and procedures to safeguard and handle all changes into the production environment. Define, enhance, document, implement, measure and promote the policies, guidelines, standards and processes to effectively and efficiently implement and maintain IT Change Management. The Lead provides guidance and expertise for the execution, management, and adherence enabling and protecting the Transmed business interest, IT services availability and quality.

The IT Manager, Salesforce Effectiveness will be the responsible IT Product Line shaping, delivering, and supporting the Transmed business sales and fields merchandising product portfolio, vision, and roadmap. The technical Product Line will work at the intersection of business and  technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization and ongoing product management. The Product Line will participate in setting the strategic direction for sales and fields merchandising technology applications in close collaboration with internal business and technical stakeholders as well as external technology partners, customers and suppliers.   To be the primary responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of enterprise business solutions and systems including with focus and knowledge in the FMCG industry. Leads the business solutions and IT systems deliverables with deep understanding of solutions strategies and best practices. Drive the successful implementation, adoption and utilization of the systems across different departments and teams within or outside the organization. Leads the business solutions stages and lifecycle.   Coordinates with various stakeholders, establish the rythme of the business, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to projects deliverables and milestones. Collaborates with key business partners and relevant stakeholders to identify and articulate the business needs and requirements and translates that into actionable plans, business digital solutions, IT systems, features and configurations.   Collaborates closely with IT teams, external partners and system integrators to oversee the development, implementation, customization, and integration of the business solutions with existing business models, processes, tools and technology capabilities. Takes charge of the change management efforts, including awareness and training activities, communication plans, and business value. Ensures employees adoption and the necessary skills for effective business solutions and systems use across the organization.    Responsible for business solutions governance and quality assurance working closely with business and IT stakeholders ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data. Helps support the business solutions analytics capabilities to derive business insights, actionable metrics, and identify areas for business improvements and customer relationship management. Provides the needed support, track and resolve implementation and systems issues, and liaise with IT and business stakeholders to optimize the business solutions based on users feedback and changing business needs.   The IT Manager, Salesforce Effectiveness is a skilled professional who oversees the successful development, implementation, adoption, and ongoing management of business solutions and systems with strong project management, communication, analytical skills and collaboration with business and cross-functional teams to maximize the business value derived from enterprise solutions and systems.

The IT Security, Lead ensures the safeguarding and protection of Transmed business infrastructure and systems, and responsible for supporting the information security efforts, programs and projects. The Lead, plays a critical role in protecting Transmed data and services from security threats, implementing and maintaining all necessary security measures, and ensuring the compliance with relevant business security policies, audits and regulations.

To draft and implement new product plans for TM’s own brands and manage selected brands from sales and forecast to marketing activities while working closely with assigned distributors across different markets.
