The IT Manager, Salesforce Effectiveness will be the responsible IT Product Line shaping, delivering, and supporting the Transmed business sales and fields merchandising product portfolio, vision, and roadmap. The technical Product Line will work at the intersection of business and technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization and ongoing product management. The Product Line will participate in setting the strategic direction for sales and fields merchandising technology applications in close collaboration with internal business and technical stakeholders as well as external technology partners, customers and suppliers.
To be the primary responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of enterprise business solutions and systems including with focus and knowledge in the FMCG industry. Leads the business solutions and IT systems deliverables with deep understanding of solutions strategies and best practices. Drive the successful implementation, adoption and utilization of the systems across different departments and teams within or outside the organization. Leads the business solutions stages and lifecycle.
Coordinates with various stakeholders, establish the rythme of the business, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to projects deliverables and milestones. Responsible for business solutions governance and quality assurance working closely with business and IT stakeholders ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and data. Helps support the business solutions analytics capabilities to derive business insights, actionable metrics, and identify areas for business improvements and customer relationship management. Provides the needed support, track and resolve implementation and systems issues, and liaise with IT and business stakeholders to optimize the business solutions based on users feedback and changing business needs.
The IT Manager, Salesforce Effectiveness is a skilled professional who oversees the successful development, implementation, adoption, and ongoing management of business solutions and systems with strong project management, communication, analytical skills and collaboration with business and cross-functional teams to maximize the business value derived from enterprise solutions and systems.
The IT Security, Lead ensures the safeguarding and protection of Transmed business infrastructure and systems, and responsible for supporting the information security efforts, programs and projects. The Lead, plays a critical role in protecting Transmed data and services from security threats, implementing and maintaining all necessary security measures, and ensuring the compliance with relevant business security policies, audits and regulations.
To manage the credit control functions for both Transmed and sister companies to ensure timely collection, consistent application of credit SOP, and accurate assessment of the creditworthiness of existing and potential customers
